Julica believes that the human body tells a story, conscious and unconscious memories of times gone by. There are 3 things that impact on our ability to maintain or change our position.

Firstly, the technical difficulties which include reflexes, muscle tone and motor function.

Secondly, the body develops patterns to protect itself; these can be in either the brain or the body.

Thirdly is the psychological aspect, the mind can include self made or other feelings such as fear, anxiety or pain.

The schedule for the clinics are:

Day 1 – 1 hour introduction, followed by 1 hour private lesson

Day 2 – 1 hour bodyworks session, followed by 45 minute private lesson

Day 3 – 1 hour bodyworks session, followed by 45 minute private lesson.

The cost of the clinic is $880 for the 3 days for riders.

Spectators are welcome and both riders AND spectators need to book. Spectator costs are: $50 1 day | $70 2 days | $90 3 days
